As an Assistant Store Manager at Megasurya Mas, you'll be at the heart of our retail operations. Your daily tasks will include managing inventory, training and mentoring your team, and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure our stores meet and exceed performance targets, all while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage a team of 5-7 sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and stock control.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and special offers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Participate in store improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the retail operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP Retail, Oracle Retail, or similar.
- Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
