As a Food Reserve Manager, you'll work closely with our team of experts to develop and implement food reserve strategies that align with national and regional food security policies. You'll manage inventory systems using tools like SAP and ensure that our food reserves are stored and distributed efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic food reserve plans to ensure regional food security.
• Oversee the storage and distribution of food reserves, working with local government and community leaders.
• Manage inventory systems using SAP to track and monitor food reserves.
• Conduct regular assessments of food reserve levels and quality to ensure compliance with national and regional standards.
• Coordinate with local farmers and suppliers to source high-quality food products for our reserves.
• Train and mentor staff on food reserve management best practices.
• Collaborate with government agencies and international organizations to enhance food security initiatives.
• Ensure that all food reserve activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food reserve management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing food security strategies.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, particularly SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with local government and community leaders.
• Certification in food safety and quality management is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
