📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for the culinary division.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.
• Work closely with the culinary team to understand their financial needs and provide timely and accurate financial information.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for the culinary staff.
• Monitor and report on financial performance metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the culinary division.
• Provide financial support to the culinary team in making informed business decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a culinary or food service environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
