📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lessons, ensuring that students receive high-quality education.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers to help improve teaching methods.,Assist in the development and implementation of lesson plans and educational materials.,Support students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the appropriate assistance and accommodations.,Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, promoting a positive and productive learning atmosphere.,Assist in the supervision and management of classroom activities, ensuring that students are engaged and learning effectively.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices and educational trends.,Assist in the preparation and grading of student assignments and assessments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Teacher or a similar role in an educational setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.,Knowledge of educational theories, principles, and best practices.,Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid teaching certificate or equivalent qualification is a plus.,Experience in working with students from diverse backgrounds is a plus.
