📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare surfaces for coating applications using advanced blasting techniques, including sandblasting and shot blasting.
• Apply high-quality spray paints using advanced spray guns and equipment, ensuring the best possible finish.
• Inspect and test coated surfaces to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain and calibrate blasting and spray painting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Work closely with the team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in surface preparation and coating applications.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in blasting and spray painting, with a focus on surface preparation and coating applications.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
