📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic planning.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Manage and track sales pipelines and forecasts.

Present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.

Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends.
