📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations, including vehicles, drivers, and logistics partners.,Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.,Monitor and optimize fleet performance, including fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and driver schedules.,Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business objectives.,Provide regular reports and updates on fleet performance to senior management.,Handle and resolve any issues or concerns related to fleet operations, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role in the logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
