📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing the nursing unit.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.,Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Assist in the organization and management of the nursing unit, including inventory and supplies.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.,Participate in continuous education and training to enhance nursing skills.,Assist in the development and implementation of nursing protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse or related healthcare role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.,Familiarity with basic medical procedures and equipment.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid nursing license and certification.
