📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Shop Assistant in managing the store, including stock control and inventory management.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.
  • Ensure the store is clean and well-organized, following company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of merchandise for display and sales.
  • Participate in promotional activities and sales events to support the store's goals.
  • Assist in the training and development of new retail staff.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Shop Assistant or management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
