📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks.
- Generate financial reports and analyses to support decision-making.
- Monitor budget performance and provide insights for budget adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Support the finance team in financial planning and forecasting activities.
- Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in Accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
