Direct Fast Sentosa is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, with excellent organizational and communication skills. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery services and maintaining high standards of vehicle maintenance and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to the fleet.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Participate in regular fleet meetings and provide updates on fleet status and performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding vehicle operation and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics and fleet management software.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
