Housekeeping Supervisor - Data Center

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee a team of cleaning staff, implement and enforce cleaning protocols, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the data center.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any cleaning issues or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide training and support to the housekeeping team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with facility management and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and report on cleaning performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a data center or high-security environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and supervising a housekeeping team.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, equipment, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with data center operations and IT infrastructure is a plus.
• Valid certification in housekeeping or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
