PT Mahkota Tirta is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory, including stocking, ordering, and tracking.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of medications as prescribed by doctors.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of the pharmacy workspace.
  • Participate in training programs and continuous education to enhance pharmacy skills.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of pharmacy practices and procedures.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software used in pharmacy management.
  • Willingness to work hybrid schedule (office and remote).
  • Basic understanding of Indonesian language is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is a plus.
