Lingkungan Adi Mart is looking for a dedicated Pharmacist Assistant to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing patient counseling.,Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory, including stocking, ordering, and reordering supplies.,Process insurance claims and handle patient billing.,Educate customers on medication usage, side effects, and proper storage.,Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety protocols.,Prepare and distribute medication to patients as prescribed by pharmacists.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.,Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety protocols.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including data entry and inventory management software.,Familiarity with insurance claims processing is a plus.,Valid pharmacist assistant certification or license is a plus.
