📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
• Analyze financial statements, transactions, and records to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare audit reports and recommendations for management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
• Provide support to the audit team during special projects and initiatives.
• Participate in continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integrity and efficiency of Erajaya's operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with risk management and internal control frameworks.
