MERIDIAN Jaya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Manager to join our growing team in Medan. As a Junior HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resource management. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with limited experience in HR to gain valuable experience and grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and training.,Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve HR practices and employee satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and senior HR staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
