Sun Express Group is looking for a talented Junior HR Officer to join our team in Tangerang, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and document management.,Assist in the resolution of employee concerns and issues, ensuring a positive work environment.,Support the HR team in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome to apply).,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
