As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring that our products meet the needs and expectations of our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent delivery of products and services.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key account performance.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships.
  • Ensure that our products meet the quality standards and requirements of our clients.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
  • Knowledge of baking and food industry is a plus.
