Duta Rama Bakery is looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our production processes and ensure the highest quality standards. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficiency, productivity, and quality in our bakery operations. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Schedule and assign tasks to production staff to meet daily targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain product standards.,Train and mentor junior staff to improve their skills and performance.,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a food production environment.,Knowledge of bakery production processes and quality standards.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
