Duta Anggi Spareparts is looking for a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a deep understanding of the local labor market. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Maintain a positive work environment and resolve employee conflicts.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Oversee training and development programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR objectives are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
