📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
