📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to customers and retailers.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and evaluate distribution performance to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on distribution performance and trends.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective distribution operations.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution and logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales and distribution targets.,Experience in managing and leading a team is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
