📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Manage kitchen inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and used.,Work efficiently and effectively within a team to meet production targets.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen procedures and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
