Store Town Indonesia is looking for a Senior Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with experience in designing and delivering training programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Identify training needs and design and deliver training programs to address those needs.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training needs and develop customized training programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Develop and maintain training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and assessments.,Monitor and report on training program outcomes and impact on employee performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and principles, and experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Experience in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.,Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.,Experience in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
