📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Act as a strategic HR Business Partner, providing expert advice and support to business leaders.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.,Manage and mentor HR team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.,Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a high-quality workforce.,Lead performance management activities, including appraisals and development plans.,Handle employee relations, resolving conflicts and ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Support organizational change initiatives, facilitating smooth transitions.,Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.,Proven track record in HR Business Partnership, with a strong understanding of business operations.,Excellent knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technology tools.,Experience in the rail industry is a plus.
