📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and engage with our social media platforms to build and maintain a strong online community.,Provide excellent customer support through social media channels, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Monitor and respond to customer feedback and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Create and schedule engaging content for our social media channels, including posts, stories, and ads.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns and strategies.,Analyze social media metrics and performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Participate in weekend rotations to provide customer support and ensure our customers receive timely assistance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and customer support.,Proven experience in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.,Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms.,Creative and innovative thinking with a passion for social media and customer service.
