📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese and Korean dishes according to recipes and standards.,Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure consistent quality of food preparation.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are available and properly stored.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that dishes are prepared efficiently and on time.,Participate in menu planning and development to ensure a variety of dishes are available.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a restaurant or kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of Japanese and Korean cuisine and cooking techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
