Depot Lestari Bakery is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members. Your goal will be to ensure that our employees are well-equipped to perform their roles effectively and contribute to the overall success of the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate training materials.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employee training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
