📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Teach English language skills to children aged 3 to 12 years old in both daycare and tuition center programs.
• Conduct interactive lessons, games, and activities to make learning fun and effective.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and educational trends to enhance the learning experience.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communication to ensure effective support for students.
• Promote a positive and safe learning environment for all children.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to young learners.
• Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) or a similar qualification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian educational system and curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Passion for working with children and fostering a love for learning.
• First aid certification is a plus.
