📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage HR administrative processes, including employee data management and payroll processing using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
• Facilitate communication between employees and the HR team, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Assist with HR reporting and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Support global team activities by leveraging your Korean language skills.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
• Assist with HR policy implementation and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
• Fluent in Korean language, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in using HR software, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
