Maintenance Engineer (Contract Role)

As part of our dedicated maintenance team, you will oversee the upkeep and repair of our hotel’s mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other essential facilities. Daily, you will work closely with our team to address maintenance issues, implement preventive measures, and ensure that our hotel’s systems are always in top condition.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the hotel.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel’s infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source and order necessary spare parts and equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of hotel facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption to hotel operations.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to prioritize maintenance tasks based on guest feedback and operational needs.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, and conduct regular safety audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in relevant maintenance standards and practices, such as ISO 45001 or OSHA.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations, and familiarity with hotel maintenance best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
