You’ll work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to guarantee that every aspect of the project meets our rigorous quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or deviations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed construction reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any construction-related issues.
• Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet the required quality standards.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide regular progress reports to the project team and stakeholders.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction inspection or a similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant construction software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid certification as an Architectural Inspector or similar qualification is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
