HR Specialist - End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to onboarding and employee engagement. You'll work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and Indeed, you'll leverage your network and industry knowledge to find the best candidates for our team.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for frontline and office roles.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and Indeed to find and attract top talent.
• Conduct initial and final interviews, including reference checks and background verifications.
• Coordinate with HRIS and other HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the HR Manager.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a technology or manufacturing company.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and Indeed is a plus.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
