📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement process improvements to enhance kitchen efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct process analysis and data collection using tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for kitchen operations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify trends.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering and process optimization.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff on new processes and technologies.
• Work with the management team to develop strategic initiatives for operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, process optimization, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using process analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment is a plus.
