📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design vision and strategy for interior design projects.
• Oversee the entire design process, from concept to final implementation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to create innovative and sustainable solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and needs, and translate that into a cohesive design strategy.
• Ensure that projects meet both functional and aesthetic requirements, while adhering to industry standards and regulations.
• Manage a team of interior designers and support staff.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in interior design.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other industry-standard design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
